Leadership Programs

C.I.T. & W.I.T. (Counselor/Wrangler In Training)

C.I.T. and W.I.T. are two-week programs building future leaders. Week one, trainees meet daily for leadership development and camp counseling instruction. Saturday will take the group to Michigan’s Adventure Theme Park. During week two, C.I.T.s will live in cabins with younger campers. W.I.T.s will move in with our ranch campers and spend their week at the Circle C Ranch. Both will learn as they assist seasoned counselors.
