Searching for Dedicated Staff for 2012

It’s no secret to any successful camp that returning staff are the true goldmine of camp spirit and set the tone for a successful summer.  With a large percentage of returning staff, Camp Copneconic has once again begun its quest to search for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to carry on camp’s traditions.

Our first step is to ensure our Mission Team is in place. These are the dedicated individuals and camp leaders who are responsible for the ‘behind the scenes’ work that goes into running a summer camp.  They truly lead our mission of youth development. 

Soon after the Mission Team is in place we’ll begin to recruit the best possible counselor and lifeguard positions. We look for great character qualities such as commitment, enthusiasm, patience, and an ever present positive attitude.
